ShubHQ does not store credit card data. All payments are processed by a PCI-compliant payment provider; we only receive non-sensitive billing metadata such as plan, status, and invoice IDs.

ShubHQ tracks brand visibility across ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, Grok, and Claude.

Yes. The SEO Audit covers on-page checks, Google Search Console signals, and AI-generated fix suggestions. It is not a full deep-crawl audit of every page.

Yes, at the country level. City- or ZIP-level local rank tracking is not currently offered.

Passwords are hashed with bcrypt at cost factor 12. Plain-text passwords are never stored, and we cannot recover them. See the Security page for the full list of controls.

Not yet. SOC 2 and ISO 27001 are on our compliance roadmap. ShubHQ is aligned with GDPR and CCPA principles for handling user data.
