14-Day Money-Back Guarantee: Terms & Conditions

ShubHQ offers a 14-day money-back guarantee on all paid plans (Starter, Pro, Business). This policy explains exactly when you are eligible for a full refund, and when you are not. Please read it carefully before purchasing.

1. Eligibility: When You Qualify for a Full Refund

You qualify for a full refund if all of the following conditions are met:

  • Your refund request is submitted within 14 calendar days of the payment date.
  • You have not used any AI credit-consuming premium modules listed in Section 2 below during your paid subscription period.
  • Your account is in good standing with no violations of our Terms of Service.

If all three conditions are met, we will process a full refund to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

2. Non-Eligibility: AI Credit-Consuming Modules

Your refund request will be declined if you have used any of the following premium modules during your paid subscription period. These modules consume third-party AI API credits (LLM tokens, SERP API calls) that ShubHQ pays for on your behalf once you use them. These costs are non-recoverable. Using these modules constitutes consumption of the paid service.

Substantial use of listed modules within the 14-day period may affect refund eligibility, reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

3. How Usage Is Tracked

  • Every AI module usage is logged in your account dashboard with timestamp, module name, and credit consumption.
  • These logs are immutable and can be provided as evidence to payment processors (Creem, Stripe) and legal authorities if needed.
  • You can view your own usage history at any time from your dashboard settings.

4. How to Request a Refund

  1. Send an email to support@shubhq.com with subject line "Refund Request".
  2. Include your account email address and payment date.
  3. Our team will verify your AI module usage within 2 business days.
  4. If eligible, the refund is processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

You do not need to provide a reason for your refund request, but you must not have used any of the modules listed in Section 2.

5. What Is NOT Covered

The following are not eligible for a refund under any circumstances:

  • Refund requests submitted after the 14-day period.
  • Accounts that have used any AI credit-consuming module listed in Section 2.
  • Accounts terminated for violations of our Terms of Service.
  • Subscription renewals (auto-renewals after the initial 14-day period).
  • Subscription Credits already consumed within a billing cycle. Credits are a usage allowance included in your subscription and are non-refundable once used.

6. Disputes & Chargebacks

If you file a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us, we will provide your AI module usage logs to the payment processor as evidence of service consumption. We encourage you to contact us first at support@shubhq.com. Most issues can be resolved directly and faster than the chargeback process.

7. Cancellation vs. Refund

Cancellation stops future billing. You retain access until the end of your current billing period. Refund returns the payment and immediately revokes access to all paid features.

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard settings. Cancellation does not automatically trigger a refund. You must submit a separate refund request within the 14-day window.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. When we make changes, we will post the updated version on this page and revise the "Last updated" date. For material changes, we will provide at least 30 days' notice before the changes take effect.

Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
