Growth OS
Your AI Growth Operator. Connect a project once and Growth OS analyzes, plans, tracks, and proves your growth every month, then replans the next one with AI.
Overview
Growth OS is the flagship workflow that ties every ShubHQ module into one closed loop. Instead of jumping between ten tools and guessing what to do next, you connect a project once and Growth OS does the thinking: it analyzes your site across six areas, hands you a prioritized monthly plan with clear KPIs, tracks what you complete, proves the real growth with data, then writes next month’s plan with AI.
It is not a single tool. It is the operator that runs your whole growth stack and gets smarter every month.
The closed loop
Growth OS runs the same five-step loop every cycle:
| Step | What happens |
|---|---|
| Analyze | Reads your project across health, content, authority, organic visibility, AI visibility and social, using analysis you already have. |
| Plan | Turns findings into a prioritized monthly task list with realistic KPI targets. The next handful of moves, not 50 metrics. |
| Track | Each task links to the exact tool to get it done. Check items off manually, or let local data complete them automatically. |
| Prove | At month end you get a data-backed read: plan completion plus real deltas in authority, organic and visibility. |
| Replan | AI reads the month and writes the next one. Carries over unfinished critical work, doubles down on what worked. |
Getting started
1. Pick a project
Open Growth OS from the sidebar. Growth OS works on your existing projects, so there is nothing new to set up. If you only have one project it loads automatically. If you have several, choose one from the selector at the top right. Your domain and competitors come straight from that project.
Don’t have a project yet? Add one under Projects first, then return to Growth OS.
2. Run the workflow
The canvas shows your project as a starting node connected to six phase nodes:
- Project Analysis
- Content
- Authority
- Rank and Demand
- AI Visibility
- Social Growth
Click the first phase to run it. Growth OS reads the matching analysis and generates that phase’s tasks. As each phase completes it turns green and unlocks the next one, so you move through the workflow in order.
Phases reuse the analysis you already have. They do not re-run paid tools, so there is no double charge. If a phase needs data you have not generated yet, it shows a “source needed” prompt with a direct link to the right tool.
Working your monthly plan
Click any completed phase to open its task list. Every task is:
- Specific and prioritized (Critical, Normal or Bonus)
- Tied to a KPI target pulled from your real data, for example “reach 70 points” or “secure 7 quality links”
- Linked to the exact tool to get it done, with an “Open tool” shortcut
Check a task off when it is finished. The progress bar and completion percentage update instantly.
Auto-tracked tasks
Some tasks are measured automatically from local data. When you re-run the underlying analysis (for example your Project Scorecard), Growth OS refreshes those tasks and marks them complete once they hit their target. You can also press Refresh auto-tracked tasks in the task panel at any time.
The monthly report and replan
At the end of the month, open the Monthly Plan node and generate your report. Growth OS:
- Measures your plan completion and the real deltas in your KPIs for the month.
- Writes an honest, plain-language performance summary with AI.
- Proposes next month’s plan, carrying over unfinished critical work and adapting to what actually moved.
Review the proposed plan and click Apply next month plan to roll it into the new month. Nothing is applied without your approval, so you are always in control.
The first AI replan each month is free per project. After that it costs a small amount of GP, the same credit system used across ShubHQ.
Growth Copilot
Open Copilot from the top of the canvas to ask questions about your plan. It can see this project’s current tasks and your latest monthly report, so it answers with real task titles and numbers. Ask things like:
- “What should I focus on this month?”
- “How do I finish the backlink task?”
- “Which task will move my rankings fastest?”
If you ask it to do something only you can do, like publishing a post, it explains the steps and points you to the right tool.
Modules Growth OS orchestrates
Growth OS does not replace your stack, it conducts it. Each phase reads from one of these modules:
| Phase | Module |
|---|---|
| Project Analysis | AI Project Analysis (Scorecard) |
| Content | Content Growth |
| Authority | Backlink Growth Plan |
| Rank and Demand | Rank Tracker and Keyword Opportunities |
| AI Visibility | AEO Optimization |
| Social Growth | Reddit and LinkedIn Growth |
Because every module reads the same source of truth, the plan, the proof and the replan all stay consistent.
Tips
- Run Project Analysis first. Every other phase builds on your scorecard, so start there.
- Re-run your Scorecard monthly. It keeps auto-tracked tasks accurate and sharpens the next plan.
- Apply the next plan early in the month. You get a full cycle to work through it before the next report.
- One project at a time. Each project has its own independent loop, so focus where it matters most.
